All things old are new again when Skopelos celebrates its 60th anniversary with the Diamond Jubilee!
For one afternoon only on August 25, Executive Gus Silivos will re-create favorite Skopelos dishes from years past with food stations set up from each decade! We’re bringing back such memorable favorites as the Seafood Casserole (’60s), Oysters Skopelos (’60s), Frog Legs (’60s), Neptune Platter (’70s), Veal Marsala (’80s), Leg of Lamb (’80s), Chicken Archduc (’90s), Jack Daniels Shrimp (2000s), plus our Signature Scamp Cervantes, Grouper Margarita, and newer vegan & gluten free specialties… dessert including Lemon IceBox Pie (’60s), Baklava (’70s), Key Lime Pie (’80s), Cheesecake (’80s), Frosted Fudge Pie (Driftwood restaurant recipe) (’90s), Greek Pasta (2000s)… and that’s just a sampling!
The celebration will feature live jazz with open seating throughout the Grand Ballroom.
In honor of the momentous 60 year celebration, Chef Silivos is taking what would normally be a $100-value ticket and giving 60% off — making tickets only $40 each. All food and select wines are included in the ticket price. Cash bar will also be available.
