The Skopelos tradition is back for the holidays and our Chefs have created 2 mouthwatering menus to help you celebrate Thanksgiving Day!
Our Grand Ballroom will be the place to sit and enjoy our full Thanksgiving Buffet, or reserve a table in one of Skopelos’s beautiful main dining rooms to enjoy our specially crafted Thanksgiving Day A La Carte menu. No matter what you choose, this Thanksgiving is sure to be the tastiest one yet!

Green Bean & Cremini Casserole; Roasted Sweet Potato, Parsnips, and Butternut Squash; Cornbread Dressing; Collards; Mac-n-Cheese; Mashed Potato with Giblet Gravy; Creole Red Snapper
CHEF ATTENDED CARVING STATION
Turkey; Prime Rib; Pork Roast; Rolls and Breads with Butters & Spreads
Pecan, Sweet Potato, and Pumpkin Pies; Triple Chocolate Cheesecake; Assorted Cookies and Pastries
Please note that the the Thanksgiving Buffet will be offered to those seated in the Grand Ballroom only at a fixed price of $29.95 for adults; $12.95 for children 12 and under.

Roasted Turkey with Giblet Gravy, served with Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Haricot Verts, and Housemade Cranberry Sauce
Prime Rib (10 oz cut)
Grilled Free Range Chicken with an Apple Pecan Chutney
12 oz Lip On Ribeye
Sage Crusted Pork Tenderloin with a Vanilla Brown Butter Sauce
Scamp Cervantes topped with Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
All Entrees will be served with Chef’s Accompaniments (unless otherwise noted) and your choice of House Salad or Soup Du Jour. All entrees on the A La Carte menu will be available at menu list price.
