- Spoil mom with the famous Skopelos brunch buffet featuring Chef-attended stations with prime rib, Belgian waffles, omelettes, eggs and all the fixings; plus hand crafted quiche, pastries, danishes and muffins; seared salmon, panko crusted chicken, roast vegetables, twice baked potatoes; assorted tea cakes and finger sandwiches, field greens bar, fruit & parfait bar, desserts, fresh pastries, charcuterie, and more. The Brunch Buffet will be offered in the Skopelos Grand Ballroom from 10am – 4pm for $39.95 per person ($12.95 for kids 12 and under), plus tax & gratuity.
- In the main Skopelos dining rooms and courtyard, mom will love a full-service day featuring a special a la carte menu of Scamp Cervantes, Grouper Margarita, our popular Fresh Lump Crab Cakes, Citrus Glazed Chicken, Yogurt Spiced Lamb Rack, and Espresso & Fennel Crusted Ribeye. If your taste buds are craving breakfast, our main dining room will also feature a new Breakfast Bar including a Chef-attended omelette & waffle station alongside Chef Silivos’s famous grits bar. The day service in the main restaurant will be available from 10am – 4pm at list prices.
- If dinner is your mom’s favorite meal, reserve a table in our beautiful dining rooms or in the Skopelos Garden Courtyard for an evening filled with our fresh seafood, USDA-certified steaks, extensive wine list, and handcrafted cocktails. The Skopelos main dinner menu will be offered from 4pm – 8pm.
