Executive Chef Gus Silivos and Chef de Cuisine Takara Smith, alongside the entire Skopelos Culinary Team, have spent the past several months cultivating a new, expanded menu that is now available at Skopelos!
For guests who are vegan or vegetarian, we have added 9 new specialty vegan and vegetarian dishes to the Skopelos menu: from Crispy Brussels, to a vegan Mushroom Reuban, to a Banana Chia Seed Pudding, and many dishes in between.
For meat & seafood lovers and those who enjoy our Mezze plates, we have added new dishes including Chef Silivos’s Gyro Sandwich at lunch; a Brown Butter Steelhead, Spice Crusted Lamb, Seared Jumbo Scallops and a new Free-Range Chicken at dinner; Charcuterie, Lamb Lollipops, Greek Fries and more to our Mezze menu.
